Moorside endeavours to encompass a community feeling in everything it does. We are situated on amazing facilities within the swinton community, facilities of which are often used by members of the surrounding public for friendly football matches to fund raising football tournaments on the 3G pitch.

As a school we often host regular netball tournaments for Salford schools both primary and secondary on our Mugga pitch. The amount of space provides us with the luxury of playing 3 matches, side by side, at the same time. 

In addition to this we hold regular events, where parents are invited into to the school to watch their children perform, attend workshops or open evenings, parent’s evenings and our annual PTA events, such as our Christmas and Summer Fayres, all of which allow our parents to come into the school and get a feel for our lovely space.
